Given the importance of the 'Framework for a Whole-School Approach for Emotional and Mental Well-being', this research has identified examples of practice which a sample of primary and secondary schools found helpful in supporting delivery of their WSAEMWB.
Practice was grouped into 4 areas:
Building a positive school culture that supports delivery of a WSAEMWB.
Building relationships across the whole school community.
Aligning the WSAEMWB with Curriculum for Wales.
Supporting staff wellbeing.
You can find the full details of the practice examples and findings online at GOV.WALES. There is also a research summary online explaining how the work was carried out.
