New Hwb platform coming this October

Over the past year, we’ve been working to improve the overall Hwb experience. The new platform will provide:

• improved usability, helping you find what you need quickly

• clearer navigation, making it easier to move around the site

• a simplified and more intuitive platform

This is part of our ongoing work to make Hwb easier to use and better support learning and teaching. We have taken your feedback on board and acted on this over the last 18 months, developing the new service with our users in mind.

Changes to some services

As we introduce the new platform, some existing Hwb services will be removed over the next 6 months.

We understand that these services are important to many users and we will:

• provide clear guidance on what is changing

• share alternatives where appropriate

• explain what you need to do and when
